3 Tips to Help You Fight Off Boredom When Stuck at Home

Getting faced with a sudden surge of free time with which you have no idea how to spend can be quite challenging. Not only that; being stuck at home all day every day doing the same thing over and over can take quite a toll on your mental state.
That being said, the great news is that there are plenty of ways to stay engaged and boredom-free even if you are stuck at home. Here are a few activities you can try out:
1.Create a routine
Without a routine, you will just be sitting there having no clue what to do next. This is a one-way ticket to boredom, and it can leave you crippled on the bed with no motivation to do anything.
On the other hand, if you have a routine, you will automatically know what to do next throughout the day. This is great to keep you busy and stay away from boredom, and it ensures that the time you spend is productive.
Now, since you are home and bored, chances are that you have lost your typical routine before the pandemic started. However, all you have to do is set up a new one!
